Deploy StandAlone Grafana in OpenShift

Create an project for the Grafana instance

oc new-project quarkuscoffeeshop-grafana

Search for the Grafana Operator

Install the alpha release

Create Secert For Grafana dashboard This will be used for performance co-pilot
